Credit not added but money debit from bank account

I added 2000 Rs using Phonepe in kite connect developers to renew my API app. Money was debit from bank account but credits were not added.
I did this the second time and it worked fine. But now 4000 rs has been deducted from my account in exchange for 2000 credits.
Please look into this.

it was bank issue. Money is credited back in my sbi account. 2000 rs. Issue is resolved. Thanks to zerodha.
