Token is invalid or has expired

I am using below code and i keep getting mentioned error -

from kiteconnect import KiteConnect

api_key = "test"
api_secret = "testsecret"
request_token = "testtoken"

kite = KiteConnect(api_key=api_key)
data = kite.generate_session(request_token, api_secret=api_secret)

access_token = data["access_token"]
