We’re working on a personal finance app that helps users track their investments and net worth in real time. As part of this, we’ve integrated with the Kite Connect APIs and are looking to enable portfolio import for multiple users.
I want to understand the eligibility criteria required for an app to have multi-user login support. Would really appreciate any guidance or support from the community or Zerodha team on this.

We had written to the compliance team earlier with our product details and use case, and also received an initial go-ahead to proceed. Based on that, we went ahead with the development.
However, when we reached out again post-development to request multi-user access, we received a rejection without much clarity on the reasons or next steps.
We’d really appreciate any guidance on how we can move forward from here, or if there’s anything we should modify in our implementation to meet the compliance requirements.
