I had an active Kite Connect API subscription linked to my Zerodha account (Client ID: )
Due to some technical issues, I deleted my app () from the developer console. Now, when I try to recreate the app, the system shows "Insufficient funds," even though I have already paid ₹500 for this month.
As I understand, the API subscription is linked to my account (not to a specific app), and should allow me to recreate or reactivate the app within the same billing cycle.
Kindly help me with one of the following:
1. Reactivate my previous app (), OR
2. Allow me to create a new app without being charged again.
@jitesharora, The way developers console works is you add credits and use that to create or renew Kite Connect subscription. You would have already used the credits for creating the app. If you delete an app then it won't affect the credits that was already used.
Anyways, you may write to business team on kiteconnect(at)zerodha.com and check if they can give you refund or credits, since it happened by mistake at your end.
