Unable to Activate App on Kite.trade Despite Purchasing 1100 Credits

Hi Team,

I've purchased 1100 credits on Kite.trade with the intention of developing and testing a real-time stock data engine for research purposes. However, I’m currently unable to activate my app in the developer console, and I'm stuck at the initial stage.

Here are the details:
Purpose: I’m building an institutional-grade intraday prediction engine based on real-time data (tick/1-min OHLCV) from Nifty 50 stocks and Nifty futures, using Redis and custom indicators.
Status: Credits are showing in my account, but when I try to activate or configure my app, the dashboard doesn’t proceed or shows no option to connect to the Kite APIs.
Need: I require access to live instrument data (OHLC, volume, futures data, etc.) to proceed with prototyping and research.

Could you please:

• Help me activate my Kite Connect app?
• Confirm that the credits can be used for real-time data subscription?
• Share any missing step or documentation if I need to register my app separately?

Your help would be greatly appreciated as this is critical for progressing with my research and development.

You need to create a new app. Just while creating the app select the ₹500 option and you are good to go
