Today's date is 16-Jan-2026. I would like to fetch data for an F&O Nifty Option 1 year ago. i.e., I would like to fetch 5-min the ohlc candle data on 10-Feb-2025, for an option that expired on 28-Feb-2025 (1 year ago).
Kindly provide the method or sample code to do this. Thanks in advance, Raj.
You can access intraday historical data for active options contracts. Historical data won't be available for the expired option contracts. For futures, you can retrieve day-period data using the continuous feature. Please refer to the documentation here. Go through the historical data FAQs here.
