Comply with SEBI's retail algo rules - Static IP vs Temporary IPv6 Address

Below is the full "ipconfig" extract:
Windows IP Configuration

Ethernet adapter Ethernet:

Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :

Wireless LAN adapter Local Area Connection* 2:

Wireless LAN adapter Local Area Connection* 12:
Media State . . . . . . . . . . . : Media disconnected

Wireless LAN adapter Wi-Fi:
Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
IPv6 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 2***:***:****:****:****:****:****:***5
Temporary IPv6 Address. . . . . . : 2***:***:****:****:****:****:****:***7
Link-local IPv6 Address . . . . . : f***::****:****:****:******4
IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.***.**.*1
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.***.***.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : f***::****:****:****:******2
192.***.**.1
Static IP should be constant so ideally it should be "IPv6 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 2***:***:****:****:****:****:****:***5"
but while placing order I received an error saying "IP (2***:***:****:****:****:****:****:***7) is not allowed to place orders for this app. Update allowed IPs on the Kite developer console (https://developers.kite.trade)".

So I need to daily update the renewed "Temporary IPv6 Address" in Kite developer console.

What am I doing wrong ?

    We would need more context to this, have you purchased a static IP from your ISP? Is the IP mentioned under IPv6 (not temporary) matching to the IP you have purchased? Is the IP what you see in ipconfig and what you purchased same as shown in https://whatismyipaddress.com/ when you access it from your network?

    This also seems like Windows default behavior wherein it rotates public IPv6 periodically so that traffic can't be easily tracked across sessions. You may have to disable this privacy extension as mentioned here.

    Thank you for the reply.
    This do seem like Windows Outbound Privacy (temporary addresses change regularly to foil straightforward activity correlation based on a long-lived interface identifier) & helpful for us.

    I'll research a bit & get back to you.
