Unable to create Kite Connect app – Create button keeps loading

Hi,

I have subscribed to the Kite Connect paid plan and added ₹500 credits. My Billing page now shows 500.0 credits and the Connect plan is selected.

However, I am unable to create my Connect app. After filling the Create New App form and clicking Create, the page keeps loading indefinitely and the app is not created. My Apps page continues to show 0 apps.

I have tried:

Chrome normal mode
Chrome Incognito
My regular broadband connection
Mobile hotspot/network

I also received a Cloudflare "Sorry, you have been blocked" page during one of the attempts.

The app details are:

App name: Intraday Master Scan
Type: Connect
Redirect URL: http://127.0.0.1:8000
Postback URL: blank

Could you please check whether there is an issue with my developer account or the app-creation service and help me create/activate the app?
