When my subscription was renewed, my Zerodha account was debited automatically for 4k and then an extra 2360 was debited next day with description kite connect api charges.
Is there a reason for this extra charges?
A similar entry was not found in my kite developer account.
It seems like someone done double ledger entry. We will check and refund it.

You can go to q and check ledger. It should be resolved by now.
