Hi,
This is because old backoffice will take a longer time to respond while backend process is going on. The request might be timed out.
Can you try today and let us know?

Issue still exist. Neither auto renewal nor manual renewal works. My app gets into cancelled state now and is not activating again. I tried creating a new app, it gets into pending state and is having dame issue.

Hi @Saravanakumar,
This will happen when a backoffice process is going on. You can try after some time or you can use Razorpay.
