Today I bought shares of oriental bank of commerce in the morning and I wanted to exit the order with profit of 3500+. But when I exited the order 500 shares got sold but still 500 shares were live in position and there was no pending orders. I called twice to your customer service to exit the order on your behalf but it took you 2-3 hours to exit my order which resulted in loss of Rs1819. And I can see there is one order is my executed orders with a status message order is not open. Please help me asap.

This has happened because of high volatility.
Your bracket order got executed and second leg orders were placed.
When target was hit, system tried to cancel stop-loss but by that time that was also executed.
