Hi @sujith EQ cover orders are not going through irrespective of whatever I have tried so far. I am using the LTP API to get the latest price, calculate the SL over that (for the stocks of interest BANKINDIA, SYNDIBANK, KTKBANK the co_lower & co_upper are the same, 3 and 3.5). Previously I was using the price coming from websocket, which didn't work out either.
I have tried many values/iterations from 2.5 to 3.5, but nothing worked. Most calls are either failing at API level, or fail to execute in Zerodha/exchange (with msg "the SL should be 3.5%").
When I try placing the exact same order (with same SL) in kiteweb manually (within few seconds), the order goes through fine.
It would be great if some insight can be provided. If anyone is doing this successfully, please share your experience.
Hi @ramatius, We can see two SYNDIBANK orders that are rejected because it exceeded more than 3.5% of trigger range. Kite web uses the same API to place orders. There is no difference between placing an order from Kite and Kite Connect.

Ok, will try again tomorrow & see.
