BUY order getting rejected for JIYAECO

I am buying JIYAECO BSE stock getting an error. Please do tell me what is causing this error. Error message is not helping looks like it is truncated.
While ordering it looks like this.
and in the portal i am getting this Rejected status.

It seems like actual lot size of JIYAECO is 3600, but Kite ecosystem has lot size as 1. We are investigating the issue.
