Not getting continuous historical data for futures

I tried downloading continuous futures data (for say Infosys) from
https://api.kite.trade/instruments/historical/12011266/day?from=2017-02-01&to=2018-01-01&continuous=1&api_key=APIKEY&access_token=TOKEN
But I only seem to get the data from 2017-10-27, which is the same when I don't pass the continuous=1 parameter

It seems like a bug. I have informed data team to look into this.

My account expires today. Would it be possible to get it fixed today so I don't have to subscribe to another month just to download the futures data?
Or give me an hour access once it is fixed?
