Historical Data Giving a error

I am trying to get historical data but i am not getting it please tell me why i have not permission for that i am getting error
status "error"
message "That API call is not allowed for the authenticated client."
data null
error_type "PermissionException"

    It seems like you haven't subscribed to Historical data API.

    You can go to developers console and subscribe for the same.

    You can go to app details page on developers console and on the right side there is add-on section, you can subscribe to historical data there.
