Session expires all the time

Dear all
If you have noticed the session expires frequently in 24 hours time. I have set alert when it expires but that happens more than 5 this 7 times a day.
As per zerodha statement session expires only once a day but thats not true it happens many times and even during market hours.
What is the issue?

We use it every day. We haven't come across this.
