Testing an intraday strategy in a UAT environment

Is there a test environment for an intra day strategy to be tested? If so how and where can that be accessed?

We don't have Sandbox environment yet. We are waiting for APIs from our OMS vendors.

As of now, you can place an order after market hours or place an order from the account with less margins.
