I am trying to place a 'CO' order for purchase of 5PAISA on NSE but it keeps on getting rejected with message : trigger price hit the lower freeze.
I tried place the same order on kite web client but again the same result. On web client trigger price range is available and I am putting my trigger price in the range. I dont understand why it keeps on getting rejected.
If 5PAISA is not available in CO product category, it should not be visible in kite web client. Moreover, the list of equity margins available on https://api.kite.trade/margins/equity contains only 431 stocks. Does that mean only these 431 stocks are available in CO product category?
It will be helpful if you can provide a list of all the stocks which can be traded in CO product category, otherwise it is very difficult to manage margins and logic flow in coding if the orders keep getting rejected.
Hi @aharish, The error message means the trigger price entered is below lower circuit limit. Even if you had entered value inside the price range then it would have been rejected because RMS has blocked bo and co on 5PAISA. We allow bracket and cover orders for the instruments mentioned in that API. But the above endpoint is only for equity segment.
