how to get Tick data for all the Equity stocks (Around 8 K) ?

Hello Team,

We are trying to build an APP, We want stock market data for all the stocks via websocket.
Is it possible? I also read about registering as startUp, We are working on the large use case and trying to register as Startup.

May I know the best way to communicate to discuss the startup and getting live data. ?
