error code "16388 : Unmatched orders cancelled by the system" ?

Tried placing a two Bracket orders with python code, and the buy order keeps getting cancelled with the "16388 : Unmatched orders cancelled by the system" message

Seems like you are sending validity as IOC for BO orders. BO orders validity are not supposed to be immediate or cancel.
