Why Historical Data and Chart of DABUR18APRFUT is empty

Hi Team,

While my algo was trying to read data for DABUR18APRFUT, it was receiving 0 candles from Zerodha Historical API, its chart is also empty, nothing opens up. What is the reason?

    we haven't received any ticks for this instrument and hence candles are not formed.
