Hi, I noticed this for the second time when trying to use kite3. Below is my workflow. 1. Login to kite3.zerodha.com successfully where i can see the dashboard. 2. login to kite.trade. Login is successful and I can see my app details. 3. I make a call to https://api.kite.trade/connect/login?api_key=. It redirects me to kite.zerodha.com login where I have to login again. Then I have to make a call to the above "api.kite..." url to get the request token.
Any idea why this is happening and is there something I am doing wrong? Is there an "api3.kite.trade" or something like that?
So in simpler terms; until the migration happens although we can use kite3 for all purposes, in order to get the request token we will need to log into kite.zerodha.com. is that understanding correct? If yes, you can mark this as closed.
I think I got it. I was trawling through the other posts and ended up with one which had a link to https://kite.trade/docs/connect/v3/user/.
So if I am not mistaken I need to call https://kite.trade/connect/login?v=3&api_key=xxx instead of https://api.kite.trade/connect/login?api_key=xxx
Using https://kite.trade/connect/login?v=3&api_key=xxx still redirects me to kite.zerodha.com login although I am already logged in to kite3.zerodha.com.
kite3.zeordha.com is a parallel independent setup. We will be soon migrating to kite3 to kite.

Thank you.
