Not getting updated ltp

I used GetLTP for 13 instrument and it was giving me old data always. Every after 15 seconds only i was getting latest LTP, because of delay data i made a loss. Who will pay for this. Every day we are facing new issues.

But no response from Zerodha Side, Unfortunately it seems that i have to move to other platfor.

If this is happening frequently there is no meaning of paying 2000 for testing your API rathor that testing my Strategies.
