ChartIQ is not supported on this platform

Hii team,
i am getting an error ChartIQ is not supported on this platform whenever i am trying to load any charts.
Please help me out.

Hi,
You seem to be using an old version of the browser. ChartIQ doesn't support older versions of browsers which doesn't support ES6 version of javascript.

i am using latest version of kite android app.

Can you let us know the device model number, android version, and browser details?

I am using HTC 820s Android version 4.4.4.
earlier the Android app was working fine till i updated.
