Wrong Instrument Token in AMO order response

Wrong instrument token is sent in order response for AMO orders.
Irrespective of symbols, API always returns 1 as instrument token for AMO orders.

    This is a known issue. We had asked OMS team to look into this. I will follow up with OMS team again on Monday.
