Historical data " Insufficient Permission "

Hi.... do i need to subscribe to historical data even to fetch few days old data (10 days old)..
How many days old data is called historical data...

Historical data is an add-on subscription. You need to subscribe in order to use it. You can go to app details page on developers console and subscribe to the same.

Historical data API doesn't differentiate between today's or 5 years old data. You need an active subscription to use the API.
