Can you add more details about this? Fetching request token is not a part of javakiteconnect know.

You are right this is from:
https://kite.trade/connect/login?api_key=**&v=3

It's Happening again now. I think this happens somewhere around this timefame - 7:00 am. - 7:30am everday.

There are some internal processes running during that time of the day. I would suggest trying after 7:30 AM.
