Usage of Non RTD values

Could you pls throw a light on some other common Non RTD variables such as System time, Excel Open Date, System Time etc,

1) Could these common variables be used across all the strategies sheets, by defining these variables covering for for the entire workbook scope?

2) Would this have any XL overall calculation or update impact on other sheets?

    1. For clarity you can keep all this common variables in a master sheet with workbook scope.
    2. There will not be any performance improvement/Difference.
