We don't have any additional packages for historical data API.
You can add some delay and then fetch it.

i am loosing 1 minute candles due to ratelimit , do you have any solution for it ?

is there any premium plan so that ratelimite is more , if yes let me know , if no can i take 2 subscriptions and consolidate .. please provide some solution , as i am trying to fetch 1min for 200 instruments ,

We don't have a premium plan. You can generate candles at your end using the live market data provided via websockets.
