@HowUTrade for my strategy Buy/sell decision, i wanted to know if a particular stock price has been Increased/Decreased by X% and also with its Traded volume Increased/decreased by Y%. Price change i can get calculated for a stock from its opening price to the LTP, however i'm not clear how to calculate the the % increase/decrease by its volume. Pls advise
To know %change of something, you should have base reference. For example: The %Chg you see in Market Depth is the change of price w.r.t previous day close.
Same way, for volume you can use previous EOD volume or just capture the volume at Open of Market and use it as base reference.
