Frequent failures in API calls

Hi,
We are experiencing more frequent failures in fetching the following data through web API calls,

1) margin info for currency, commodity
2) fetch list of trades
3) M2M info

Things start working again quickly; typically under a minute. But this delays many critical functions across the system.

This has been going on for couple of weeks. It took some time to ensure that it was not due to any issues from our side.

It would be great if the situation can be improved.

Can you paste the failure exception details and exception messages?

I don't have the logs now. Most of the time it was "URL unreachable", but web sockets were running fine at the same time. Rarely it is "auth failure", but connects fine again when the script is re-started in couple of minutes.
