I subscribed for kiteconnect api for account zc3811 amount was deducted from my account but the credits have not been added to the zerodha account nor i have received any conformation mail i many times raised ticket on zerodha support portal .. but got no satisfactory reply from there please have a look .
Hi @Imran, We can see there were three attempts for payment last night but all of them are failed. You don't have to panic if money is debited from the bank account. If a vendor doesn't accept the payment, the bank will credit back the amount within two to three working days. You can wait for a couple of days and then contact your bank after that. The number of days may vary for different banks. This is not specific to us. This is a common scenario across all the online payments.
