Mismatch in OHLC value derived from historical data API

I am trying to make 10 min candle in my script. If I fetch data at 9:25:10. I get OHLC data for candle of 9:15. But the data is slightly mismatching with the data I am seeing on chart. So my question is which data is more accurate ?
