KiteTicker Delay quote delay on many scripts todays

Hi
I faced 4 minute delay on quotes for many scripts today morning. Ticks were not received for BANKNIFTY FUT rates from 09:15 am to 09:19 am and even for many other stock futures. Can you update what the issue was and actions if any taken to avoid this ahead?

    Because of some issue, it seems like there were no trades at the exchange for first three minutes for BANKNIFTYJUNFUT. We have asked the exchange but haven't received any explanation.
