kite api giving Request failed (kitetrade-xmlapi).

Hi,

I am not able to get access token from the API. After doing entire flow system returns Request failed (kitetrade-xmlapi).

Can you guys fix this before market start?

    This happens when OMS is not responding. It should be fine after like 10 or 15 minutes.

    This continues every day early morning. Can this be fixed?

    There are some BOD processes running during that time.
    Access tokens are flushed every day at 07:30 AM. You can generate access token after 07:35 AM.

    I want to use kite charts during morning hours like say 4 am onwards. If BOD processes are running is it possible to access atleast charts? Is there an alternate available? Please let me know. Thanks!

    Make sure you log in and generate an access token before 12:00 AM. If you have a valid access token, it shouldn't be a problem to fetch historical data.
    Initiating a new session would be an issue. We are looking for alternatives to overcome this.
