Kite API have issue with subscription, and it was happened with me twice and its just loss of money even you paid for that subscription days.
Let take and example.
Suppose my API subscription (both normal and historical) is expiring on 30Jun. If i renew it today then there is no issue but if i renew it after 10 days then instead 30 days time it only allot me 20 days time in historical API. This is really frustrating...
Two time i requested support team but they fixed one time and another time they dont have time to do it..
See attached image (') , i have renewed both APIs on same day but one is expiring on 29th and another one is on 30th. However, both should expire on 30th.
We will look into this.
