On JULY 11, 2018, I did Intraday tradin using bracket orders. I forgot to square off and as per rule call and trade charges were applied. Total of 14254 rupees were debited as call and trade charges. Unsually high.
Bracket order was executed in parts over which I had no control whatsoever. Going through tradebook I see, some bracket orders are having 1 share only and likewise there are many enteries in tradebook. In total, there are 1374 enteries in my trade book for July 11,2018.
In my contract note my paying obligation is only 3382 rupees but pay and call charges 14254. This is unusual.
In my trading book I can see that INFIBEAM around 400 shares were executed in 400 parts i.e 1 share per order. They calculated charges on 400 parts.
I have been doing trading using bracket order for long time and this is first time I see this kind of charges. Don’t you think this is wrong.
And now my margin is showing negative and I have no holdings either. How is it possible?
