Unable to place Stop Loss order while placing Bracket order

While placing the bracket order trough api , the system is placing the buy order correctly.
however once the buy order gets executed , the stop loss and target orders are not being placed automatically.
Please help

Make sure, you are assigning squareoff and stoploss params, have a look here.
