Wrong Open / Low prices for NSE:TORNTPHARM on the date 9th Aug 2018

For NSE:TORNTPHARM on the kite platform, the open price was same as the low price (1711.45) but in the API I am getting different values for the open and low as below.

can please clarify on this?

We have verified with Nse data and opening price of TORNTPHARM was 1,719.65, as shown above.You can check same on nse website.
