BO order & NSE connectivity issue

I place ian icicibank order on nse today. it was an bo order. my target was achieved and kite system exited my primary order id & target order id. but because nse connectiveity issue, my stoploss triggers remained pending. i was unable to cancel order modify the same because of connectivity issue. later issue was solved by zerodha team. & my stoploss order id hit the exchnage. now im into scenario where there is no counter order present to exit bo order which is placed bcz of technical issue. m running into losses. Zerodhas support lines are engaged. Any quick help would be appreciated
