The user is not enabled on the app.

Hello,
When I try to generate the request token automatically, it gives me the error "The user is not enabled on the app." When I try to generate the request token manually it works.
What could be the possible solution?

    It is mandatory by the exchange that a user has to manually login at least once a day.
    We don't recommend automating login.
