This means Kite is unable to connect with OMS.
Either OMS is down or some BOD process is going on.
You can just ignore and try after 0800 am.
This happens normally at the below period.
0200 - 0600 Hrs
0700 - 0800 Hrs
Note the time is not fixed. But mostly within the above period.
