Not able to renew App

I am not able to renew my app.Whenever I click "Activate App" button,i got a popup of deducting 2000 credits.After pressing "ok".It shows message "subscription successful" but App status still shows 'pending'.

I have pressed multiple times 'Activate app' button.Will the system deduct credits multiple times.

After so much failures,I also created new App ,will the system deduct 2000 credits.?
if it is how can i rollback,because it's not my fault.

    credits will only be deducted once

    if you have only created an app credits will not be deducted.
    only if you activate it credits will be deducted

    Since you don't have enough funds in Zerodha account, your app activation is pending. You can add funds and then try again.
