I am trying to integrate PHP API, I just called the echo $kite->getLoginURL(); it gives me the one URL, when I access that your URL its asked me to give authorize. Once I hit the button I got the following error "The user is not enabled on the app."

It seems like user id entered in the app details page is invalid.
