Getting an error when trying to submit details in the online form.

I'm getting an error during signup. I have made the payment but when i try to submit the form containing the fathers & mothers name, income, bank details etc; I'm getting this error:-
"Form Save Failed ValidationError('Client ID is mandatory',) is not JSON serializable "
I have input all the fields correctly. I don't have a client ID.
What should I do? Check the screenshot
