Zerodha Ticket disconnects

I have been facing this issue for the past week or so, now.
The ticker disconnects even though I've set the Maximum Retry Count as 100 and Maximum Retry Interval as 5 minutes for the ticker before I connect the ticker for the first time.
Nothing has changed in terms of requests I've been sending to Zerodha.
Kindly let me know why this is happening.
