Kite Order completion or modification or cancellation, does these come in the sequence of execution

If i perform operations which are in the sequence like, order created at T1 , order modified at T2 and order cancelled at T3 for a given order, does the callbacks also gaurenteed to be postbacked in perfect order as it was exected.
