How do I link the companies listed on BSE and NSE based on instrument ids?

I want to monitor stock prices of a company across exchanges in real time. As the symbols differ on exchanges, is there any simple way to link the two instruments ?

    You can use ISIN but instrument dump doesn't have ISIN as of now. We are intending to provide this.

    JUST A DOUBT, SO IF I HAVE THE ISIN AND THE SYMBOL IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE REAL TIME PRICES BY WEBSOCKET? CAN YOU PLEASE PROVIDE THE CODE IN PYTHON FOR THIS ..PLEASE
