The user is not enabled on the app.

Hi ,
I have created an App 2 days ago. While authenticating, I'm getting an error showing that 'The user is not enabled on the app'.
Will it take some time to get access to the App?
I'm using same UserID as the developer account.

You seem to have different user id in the developers console.
