Kite redirect URL not working when i run from GCP (google clould platform)

Hello,
while i was able to run the Kite python app setup in the past from GCP, i am facing issue when i started working after some time.
When i try to connect to Kite, nothing is coming on the http://127.0.0.1:1337 url.
The same setup works fine on local machine, but not working on clould setup.

Please suggest where can i troubleshoot.
- all firewalls are enabled for http and https for vm instance.

please respond, i am blocked here.
please suggest some workaround to get pass this problem.

i have redirect url set now to : http://127.0.0.1:4443



when i run the server i get following error:-



i am running http server as following (note: this works in local, but not in Cloud


kindly assist, what setting can be done to make it work.

This is a localhost URL. It won't work. You need to give your server IP but that URL has to be https.
